Cash On Go Ltd is looking for a bright and curious People Operations / HR Intern who can gain real work experience by assisting our People Operations department in an international growing business.

As an intern you have a chance to assist People Operations department with:

  • Daily operations (information management at HRIS, correspondence and document administration, expense reports, etc.)

  • Implementing new intranet platform

  • Recruiting processes (write job announcements, choose active and passive channels, manage hiring pipelines, participate in on-site interviews)

  • Organizing company events and managing company social media accounts

  • You also get insights about and are welcomed to give your input and feedback on companies HR and employer branding strategies

As a People Operations Intern you should have a positive and bright personality, good communication skills and ability to learn new things fast. You should have a desire to gain experience in HR and it’s diverse practices and also enjoy working in a multicultural team. We expect you to have at least a basic understanding of business / people operations administration and good computer skills. You should be able to communicate fluently both in Estonian and English language.
